As a Senior Human Resources Consultant at EMPAL GmbH you support a variety of projects in the field of digital solutions for time and workforce management. You are completely responsible for the clients needs and for scheduling your appointments. Focus of your work is the so called ASES, a software for workforce management of ATOSS Software AG. You’re helping your clients to use that software easily and succsessfully and, as a service provider, you ensure their optimum of use. Your clients are mostly the Human Resources Manager of larger medium-sized companies and international corporations with more than 1000 employees, who work in several industries. For the success of the projects it always needs a team of authentic consultants – you are not alone on the “site”, we built solutions for our clients together. For every field there is an expert: no craftsman can do everything by himself, but we specialize in the variety of relevant areas, such as IT or legal knowledge. Regarding your interests and skills we can align your improvement in a special field together.

What you bring with you

  • several years experience with the software ASES (as a consultant or as a Key-User)
  • a minimum of 5 years working experience (irrespective of the discipline)
  • experience in project management is an advantage
  • able work completely independent
  • planning and organizational capabilities and a high measure of reliability
  • ambition to solve problems
  • fluent English, other languages are an advantage
  • confident appearance and open-minded towards other persons
  • willing to communicate honest and authentic
  • joy in teaching and learning
